Here is a group of 12 names that I bought a random 3 day period. Funny how the first two have zero value in estibot. I also dont like numbers, but I think 4cbds.com works. So let me go through this small list

I like this name, but unlikely I could sell it. I plan on building it and I think its easy to remember its short, and if you have a pulse sure know what is likely to be sold there.

One I likely should have left unregged. They name will work for what I want it for, as again mostly got for me. Not sure if I will get to that project any time soon, not worth more than reg fee if that.

Estibot lists it at 456, I listed it higher on Afternic. Its a good brandable term and describes DC all to well. Sadly it doesnt get much in the way of searches, funny no one is searching for the term.

Again a name that doesnt appraise great but I think its decent. I priced it at 495. Domains are so strange....Part of why I bought it was paidforreview.com was priced so high it seems it was dropped and estibot says 1400. So I will likely price around 750, lol anybody want them both?

I like this name, its a common term. I like names that people who are interested in the topic will come back given content or tools. Thigs like golf, horses, wine, book lovers....people will spend hours looking for news or products and follow links. Appraised at $750, priced at 350, and not firm on the price. I think it has a fair chance of selling as good wine names are tough to find.

Who knew Greek Yogurt was in such demand? That term gets almost 2k searches a month, I would not have thought greek yogurt would get that many, and the bids are high. Estibot says 2.8k, I say less but lot more than reg fee.

Again sort of for me, but it gets decent searches which surprised me. Its a term I'm interested in, and people should be as well. That bill didnt fix a thing, perhaps made them worse. Its a term that might make the news again.

Interesting name here, as it is a name, and it has a nice ring to it. It is a name of a butterfly. A name that pronounces well that hasnt been branded has a decent chance in selling.
So thats 12 names from a large list. I just scrolled down, stopped and grabbed 12 names. These are names bought over three days, though they were more bought, several on the fist day and last but only one in the middle. So I would consider most sellable names, but not big money, and not sure I would call them good domains, but not really bad domains in there. ExtraActions would be IMVHO the worse and I still might use it, as I dont see me getting extra effort, as that was the term I targeted that term. I look at drop lists daily, mostly looking for searched terms with decent value, and clear use for a website.
